Professional Development
The West San Gabriel Valley SELPA provides high quality professional development sessions to support staff in member districts as well as families and students receiving Special Education services. Over the last two years, 2,194 teachers, administrators, service providers, paraprofessionals and parents/guardians have participated in approximately 85 professional development sessions we have offered at our WSGV SELPA office. Our highly regarded list of expert presenters and valuable training opportunities are valued by participants from our fourteen member districts, as well as from local private school, community agencies, and nearby districts and counties.
